- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Somerset OMS in Clinton to have my daughter's tooth pulled. That occurred without incident, but the billing turned into a nightmare. They submitted my claim to the wrong Delta Dental Office, NEVER CALLED ME to tell me (instead sending letters to my old address), and then, when Delta turned down the claim, submitted my account to an attorney who filed a lawsuit - adding another $200 fees to what I owed. When I got notice of the suit, I called them immediately and they refused to submit it to the correct insurance office; and even refused to take my payment for the amount due. It had to go through court with all the extra expenses and damage to my credit. It seems to me that either the doctors or the accounting people have a little side business to share the attorney fees. I do not know why else they would want to treat good, solid customers with such contempt. They are a nightmare, trying to wring as much quick money out of their customers as possible.
